BB Display Zones - Configuration

I'm attempting to configure "Display Zones" with BB, can someone give me detailed instructions on how to configure this successfully. I'm attempting to breakdown my various environments into different pages for viewing and alerting to determine the root causes of possible failures with hardware, processes, and event ids.

Hi Steffon,
(I think) You have posted to the wrong forum (this forum is about connecting BB to Microsoft Operations Manager) but I will email a BB guy here and see what I can find out for you...

Hi Steffon,
Here is what I got back from one of the BB gurus:
Display zones are configured by setting the BBCURRDISP parameter in the $BBHOME/etc/bbdef-server.sh (*NIX), or, %BBHOME%\etc\bbdef.cfg (Windows). Doing this creates the top level view. After setting this parameter and restarting the BBServer daemon/service, the default URL to the main display will be:
http://bbserver/bb/$BBCURRDISP/bb.html
Then, create each zone in the bb-hosts file using the "display" token, like:
display zone1 group-compress new zone1 1.2.3.4 zone1.domain.com # etc...
The URL to this zone will be:
http://bbesrver/bb/zone1/bb.html
Detailed information on zones can be found in the online help by searching for "zones".

You can always direct BB questions to www.bb4.com, there's a button on the right side of the home page for "Tech Questions".
