Cisco device hardware inventory

Hi, i'am currently testing a trial version of QMX for SCCM. So far i have a cisco device and a linux box populated in the All non-Windows Systems collection in SCCM. It seems as though there is very limited information listed in SCCM resource explorer for the cisco device. The only information im receiving is the OS version which is listed under the "Software" --> "Product Details" section. Can anyone confirm whether this is the only information captured as part of the default hardware inventory?

Thanks,

Ben.

You should see both a Hardware and Software section under Resource Explorer.

The Hardware section should include sub-sections for Memory, Network Adapters, Operating System, System Enclosure, etc.

If you are not seeing all this - there is an issue. Open a ticket with support. Send in a screen shot of what you see under Resource Explorer.
Go in C:\Program Files\eXc Software\WMI Providers\nonWindows\Virtual Agent Library\SMS\Cisco\?????????????

Where ??????????? is the DNS name or IP address of the device in question.

Zip up and send in the .xml and .mif files you find there.

Thanks for your reply. I have attached a screendump of resource explorer and the .xml and .mif as requested. As you can see in the the resource explorer screendump there is a Hardware tab but no info underneath it.

Thanks,

Ben.
